Our new build homes and luxury Apartments are fully equipped with all the appliances and dedicated storage areas your modern lifestyle demands.
New homes and luxury Apartments aren’t quite the same without the shiny new appliances in the kitchen or the bathrooms. And we all need the extra storage space that comes from built-in wardrobes.
So Hodson Developments includes a great deal more in the price than others. That means you won’t need to pay for expensive extras, you can just move in and enjoy your new home from the start.
A kitchen to suit your tastes
A kitchen to suit your tastes. Each kitchen is designed to maximise the space available and provide a practical layout to a very high specification. We use both contemporary and traditional door designs and contrasting work surfaces, all included in the price, so you can select the finish to suit your taste.
Integrated appliances
To complete the look of a high specification contemporary kitchen, a Hodson Developments home will always include as standard:
- A stainless steel integrated oven and extractor hood
- Either an integrated stainless steel hob, ceramic or induction glass hob
- An integrated fridge-freezer
- An integrated dishwasher, and sometimes an integrated washer-dryer too (in Apartments)
- LED feature unit lighting
- Chrome electric points above work surfaces
- Ceramic or real wood flooring

En suite facilities
Nearly all of our homes and luxury Apartments will feature an en suite bathroom with a high specification shower to the master bedroom in addition to a main bathroom with a bath and shower. Also, come and have a look at our expensive designer tiles, always ‘’as standard’’.
Our larger family homes will include more than one additional en suite, so those long queues for the bathroom will be a thing of the past!
Built-in wardrobes
Adequate storage can sometimes be a problem. But with built-in wardrobes provided to all master bedrooms and to some of the larger further bedrooms, there’s no need accumulate clutter.
Flooring as standard, not extra.
Furthermore, with our homes all finished flooring is always included in the price. Never an extra.
- Highly cushioned Cloud 9 underlay and luxury carpet in a number of colour options
- Designer Saloni tiles to the main bathrooms
- Either Saloni tiles or real oak timber flooring to the kitchen
